Having a hard time

I had a miscarriage last week. I feel like I'm finally feeling a little better but my best friend is pregnant with her third child she's 5 weeks further along than I was before I had a miscarriage I was 8 weeks 2 days with my first. She keeps posting pictures and making comments while I am very happy for her I'm having a really hard time. I'm hoping this doesn't end our relationship but I'm finding it really difficult to talk to her without crying.
