What do Braxton Hicks feel like to you?

Question

I have had kidney infections and UTI that have caused pain on my side and bump all pregnancy so get confused if I'm feeling Braxton Hicks sometimes or the start of the pains again.

The ones that aren't painful just feel like the baby is pressing against me really hard , and then when you feel my stomach the entire thing is rock hard.
The painful ones feel like extreme period cramps in my lower back that gradually get worse and then go away.

I feel you ...I've been in antibiotics for a while..
But for me Braxton Hicks contractions are more like 10sc cramp... And it goes away...  Makes my stomach hard and baby moves alot (sometimes)

Mine feel like light cramps. If I'm dehydrated they're a little more uncomfortable, but still feel like period cramps.
