Looking for advice from weightlifter moms to be

Nicole
So I had an apt with a new OB yesterday and she told me to stop lifting so heavy. This is the first OB to tell me I can't continue doing what I did prior to getting pregnant. I'm almost 29 weeks. The baby is healthy, measuring just right, and I am very healthy. I've gained 20lb, no GD, and I lift cycle and run 5-6 days a week. My current Lifts are bench 100, squat 145, and deadlift 190. I have not felt wobbly or weak once in the gym and I've increased my warmups and take other precautions like keeping my back flat on bench and using boxes to stabilize my squat at the bottom of the movement. I've been weightlifting with my husband for over 7 years but I am by no means an expert. I have not increased my weight, reps or intensity since becoming pregnant, I'm 5'8 and always been strong. So I know to some I may lift "heavy" but to me it's a walk in the park. I'm looking to get advice from other moms who have lifted during their pregnancies and if they stopped lifting "heavy" based on advice from their OB or if they were fine. Also any additional ideas for modifying the lifts and other precautions to take are appreciated.
