I am in SO much pain! What's wrong with me? 😩

Ladies I need some advice!!! I'm in so much pain!!! Please help me!!

I'm 6-7 weeks pregnant and I've been having low back pain for about 2 weeks now but since yesterday my entire back is excruciating! I feel like I got hit by a truck. It's extremely sore and walking, sitting or laying down just makes it hurt even worse. It won't crack, stretching like that actually hurts it worse. No matter what I do it's killing me so bad. What's wrong with me? Not sure if it's because of this being my 3rd pregnancy in 3 years (I have a 2yr old and 9 month old) and it's hard on my body or what but I just can't handle this it's getting to the point unbearable and I just want to cry. No bleeding at all, just slight cramping but I've always had that every pregnancy. I don't have a dr yet because my insurance is activating. It will be activated by Monday so I'm just at a loss and don't know what to do. Help!!!! 😭
