Postpartum 💩
I've always heard that the first poop after birth is horrific/painful/the absolute worst. Is this true? I've heard stories of women crying, etc. and I'm trying to prepare myself! Is it just another myth? I'd love to hear opinions/experiences. I know this is really personal hahaha.
