Im 38 weeks and these past few weeks ive noticed in the morning or when i wake during the night i will have quite a sore constant ache in my lower stomach. It gets worse when i try to change position however seems to ease a little bit after i pee. Is this just baby pressing on my bladder making it so sore or what could this be?
