Anyone here ever had placental abruption? I had some trauma to my belly yesterday (three year old jumped/kneed me in the side of my belly) and I was kept overnight at the hospital for observation. I'm still having lower abdominal pain and am walking very slowly. The reason I'm not THAT concerned is because I haven't had any bleeding whatsoever. I would assume with placental abruption, you'd have pretty severe bleeding. Any first-hand experiences?
