Do you get worried when your SO doesn't answer his phone when he is out with his friends?

It don't matter where my husband goes, if I call him and he don't answer I start to worry and start thinking did he get in a car accident.

Yes I do worry...just the way I am (maybe it's a mom thing)...I mean it's not that I'm worried he's cheating or doing things he shouldn't I just worry about his safety especially if there's alcohol involved.

If he's been out for a really long time and I can't get a hold of him or his friends, then yes I do worry. Most the time, I think too much about worst case scenarios like car crashes and get worried over nothing.

We don't really have friends. We mostly visit our parents. Never have girls night or guys night or anything. Wed rather stay in and watch wheel of fortune or jeopardy. There have been times he's gone to visit family without me. Either I was sick or he was helping with roofing work. This one time he did a roofing job with his uncle about 2 hours away. Didn't even tell me he made it there, nothing. No word for about 5 hours. Had me scared half to death thinking he was in a ditch somewhere on the back roads. We both have massive anxiety issues so the smallest thing can set us off. I didn't text because I was half scared, half angry. Like he better hope his ass is in a ditch if he's not going to say anything! Ugh I don't mean that! Don't be in a ditch! Fuck you not telling me you're safe! You better have a good reason, just don't be in a ditch! Yea crazy, I know. He was fine :D just forgot because they got right to work. No ditch.

Constantly. My boyfriend always answers his phone and some nights works until 2am so if he doesn't answer his phone I'm going to assume he got into a terrible car accident or something.

Yes. because every guy in his family has a tendency to drink and drive when they get super drunk. Actually just last night his brother showed up in our driveway asleep in his truck, with his truck on, his foot was on the brake, but not in park. Me and his wife tried to wake him up and his truck started rolling. And his OTHER brother has been in 2 wrecks in the last month because drinking and driving. Thank god my husband isn't irresponsible as them, but I still get worried.

Kinda? I don't expect him to be textin me 24/7 the entire time he's out, but i do ask that I at least get a text when he gets home safe. That always seemed to be an issue with guys I've dated in the past. 🤔

Depends on how late, when I expected him back, and who he's with. If he's not home from work for 2 hours after when he got off, I worry. If he's out with his friends and I expected him home 2 hours ago.. Not so much cuz I know he's just busy/got distracted.
