Blood clot graphic tmi photo

I appologize in advice for the photo. I'm just concerned I had a clot similar the other day and my doctors said to just wait until my appointment in a week. I know it's brown so that most likely means it's old. Should I be overly worried? I'm 10 1/2 weeks
