Tmi. Anyone spot like this? Or miscarrying

I have been spotting for about 27 hours very lightly until this. I have not had any cramping but occasion pain in abdomin with constipation and gas.  Anyways I misscarried right before this pregnancy and it was similar in appearance as tonight's blood.  Has anyone spotted like this and had a successful pregnancy or is the thickness showing a early sign of miscarriage?
