I have taken to sleeping without much in the way of clothes, under only a sheet, and with a fan blowing on me.

I sleep with no covers, barely any clothes and stay away from hubby - always hot 🔥

Yes! I have to stick my my feet out of the blankets and turn the fan in JUST to cool my feet off! It's crazy

I've had this happen once so far. I rinsed them w ice cold water in the shower but that didn't help. I ended up needing to sleep w an ice pack.
