Why does it hurt...

When i go to have sex with my fiance the lips of my vaginal area get really irritated and the opening isnt welcoming my partners member correctly anymore. After a week of sex twice (or more) a day and relaxing for 2 days it still hurts. We use lube which helps a little but the stinging feeling remains and is very uncomfortable for me to even want to please him. Whats wrong here?
