D and C 5/26

So I keep testing on an opk and I keep getting the peak smiley, it was positive on Monday and I thought I was ovulating but my question is when are my levels going to drop, will I have to have another D and C? I was 8 weeks but baby stopped growing at 6+3 and the HB stopped and it was 85 on my scan initially! Ugh this is so rough! Oh and My OPKs are getting darker again! I just want to be at O, we BD, Mon and Wed, I did it to feel connected to partner after our loss!
