Ok am I the only one that is super confused about the whole birth plan thing? I've been looking online and on here as to what I should be thinking about and what it supposed to be in the "birth plan" but it's things like what position would you like to try for labour or would you like to have a shower or hot and cold packs or what kind of coping devices would you like.........this is my first pregnancy I have no friggin clue about any of this. How am I supposed to decide now when I've never had the experience? I don't know what is going to work or what will help me through because I've never done anything even close to this before.......rant over 😧
