Ocular migraines anyone else?

I have gotten two ocular migraines in the past week. First time this has ever happened to me. They usually are painless but I do tend to get a little head ache afterwards. I have never had problems with head aches, migraines or even my eyes for that matter. I am guessing this is related to pregnancy. I called my doctor and she figured it was a migraine but made me come in to make sure my Bp was good and no preeclampsia signs (thank god). Has anyone else experienced this? Will they go away after pregnancy? They freak me out and I am really hoping they go away :(
