Please help ease my mind ! Went in for an early ultrasound due to bleeding and pelvic pain at 6 weeks saw a heart beat also saw a very large cyst on right ovary putting lots of pressure on uterus doctor called me and said to come in 4 days later for surgery to remove it wouldn't tell me anything else. I am terrified is being this early okay to have surgery!? I've heard it can cause an early miscarriage!? Or even brain damage . Has anyone experienced this at 6 weeks? I'm still passing brown blood almost tissue like but in small amounts can leaving this cyst hurt the baby? He seemed very concerned at ultrasound he told me to stay off my feet. I'm out of work right now due to my condition but I do get up and walk around at least 30 minutes out of the day maybe an hour is that okay? What should I expect during and after surgery am I allowed to have pain meds after? How long does it take to recover? Thank u in advance I know ur not doctors but it's the weekend and I can't call the office
