Cramps after period?implantation or miscarry?

My period was suppose to start last Friday and it didn't start till Saturday. I had semi heavy flow Saturday and Sunday then completely stopped Monday. I've been having bad cramps all week and sharp pains. Then on Thursday I had spotting? Since then I'm still having cramps on my left side.  I tried to have sex last night and the pain shot right up my left ovary where the cramps been all week. I've never experienced this I don't think I'm pregnant because my right Fallopian tube is blocked but it's scaring me with the pain on the only side that works😳 I'm wondering if I had an early miscarriaged would a Doctor be able to tell?
