Never have a baby in port lavaca hospital

My water broke at 2 am so i went to the hospital... A old stinky out of breathe nurse wheeled me up to my room

After confirming that it was my water that broke she checked my cervix when she pulled her hand out I was burning down there so I had my boyfriend clean me off with wet towels till the burning stopped

That same nurse came in to put my iv in.. She didn't put gloves on she didn't was her hands and after messing up 3 times she out the dirty needles in the warmer where they put the baby to take the fluid out of her nose and stuff

Then after an rn came in and got mad at her i finally had an iv in my arm and the stinky nurse sit on a stool to hook up fluid to my iv to help my constraction start because i was not dilated at all.. When she sat down she pulled on the thing attached to my iv and almost pulled it out of my hand

After that nurse shift ends another nurse comes in and by now I'm only dilated a half inch and my contractions are getting bad so I ask for an epidural.. The new nurse comes in and you can tell she has been working a long time and doesn't like her job very much

So amniotic fluid is still pouring out of me so she comes in the change the bed pad underneath me and she keeps repeating about how messy I am and I'm such a mess and its starting to piss my mom off

After my epidural I fell asleep for a few hours when i woke up i was dilated to a 4 and i was numb.. I fell back asleep and woke up an hour later and the nurse comes in to check how dilated I am ... She tells me to open my legs butni can't.move them and she gets frustrated with me and says im making a mess again and then complains about how heavy my legs are

After checking me she says I'm at a 7 by now most of my family is here the nurse put my legs down and they start to slide off the bed so i get my sister whos a nurse to fix my legs

I fall asleep again and when i woke up I could feel her head ... Mind that I still had an epidural so it just felt like I had to take a big poop(FYI I did not have a bm during birth)

So I have the nurse come in and check me and she complains and says geez girl you really are making me do my job then she checks me and i can tell her hand is barely i there so i know im a 9 or 10 but when my family asks she refuses to tell them and me and that pisses everyone off

So the doctor comes in and they get me ready to push and my mother in law says to the nurse ... So she was at a 10 and you didn't tell us and the nurse says yeah... After 17 hours of labor and over 10 pushes.. Puking several times and feeling like in going to black out my sister yells out omg she has do much hair then the doctor and my mom say her head is so small which scared me into thinking my child had zika virus

I pushed 3 more times and I heard my sister burst into tears and say omg she looks like jade they handed me my child for skin to skin and i burst into tears

(Looked at the clock when I felt them pull her out and that was the only way we knew the time she was born because none of the doctors or nurses recorded it)

Afterwards they're supposed to move you to a postpartum room but they didn't move me till my second day (they have you stay 2 days if you breastfeed) when another women needed the room after going in labor
