Adoption

We were contacted by the adoption agency and a mother to be today. She wants us to be the family to adopt her next child. I am unsure how far along she is, but this is the second time they have contacted us about her. I am a little nervous because I am on day 4 of clomid. Anyone adopt and get pregnant right after? Anyone who adopted care to share how it was and how they did it?
