Eating like i should
Hi I am 5 weeks and 5 days pregnant. I know I am pregnant and that I should be eating regularly and I try but I can't do it all the time.my problem is that I work third shift and my body isn't used to eating during the day too much because I like to sleep all day but then also at work I don't eat a whole lot because my job is physical and if I eat too much I slow down and with a job that's all about production that isn't good.. Is there any other moms kinda in the same boat with not eating much that have had a healthy baby or are having a healthy pregnancy right now?
