One of my first tell tale pregnancy symptoms is bad low back pain. With my first, my back actually went out. Had to be carried to bed & couldn't get up on my own for a few days. Gets better as the pregnancy progresses. For most people, it's the opposite. But low back pain can be & is a normal symptom of a healthy early pregnancy ❤️

Try to stay in bed don't do havy lifting try to have your waist lifted up when you are leing on your back also sorry miss spelld words lol but never loss faith ok

I've been doing the same for about a week now. No bleeding but back pain like crazy. I chalked it up to early pregnancy cramps and the fact that I "baby" by belly a little so a lot of the work my core should be doing, my back is now doing
