I am now married to a man I was with for 8 months before we tied the knot. Not out of desperation or ignorance, but because we knew very quickly we saw eye to eye on very key components of marriage and raising a family.

My husband and I got married 3 months after we started dating and about to celebrate our 2 year wedding anniversary, my boss married her husband after 3 months as well and have been happily married for 36 years it's all in how you love and who you love I don't believe that a time frame should be placed on something like love...

Depends. I know plenty of people that are getting married after being together for 9 months-a year. The only reason my bf and I are waiting is because we're both in college, and we don't want any extra stress put onto that. Plus, I'm 18 and he's 19, so that's another reason we're waiting. He's been hinting that right after I get out of college, he wants to pop the question. He says things like "if we're still together 5 years from now and we're not married...well nevermind, we will be by that point I just know it" 😌 so like I said, it depends.
