Signs of pregnancy with pcos?

I have pcos. And have irregular periods. Two days ago I was suppose to start my period but I havent. I had a light pink on the toilet paper when I wiped but that's it. I've been having really bad heart burn, nausea/vomiting, and now having trouble eating the foods I normally eat. I've been having cramping feelings like AF is coming but she is still a no show. I'm just nervous that I will get a BFN..
