Baths are fine as they are WARM, not hot. You aren't supposed to let your body temp get higher than 101. 😀 I asked my OB, because I love baths!

Do you ladies use epsom salt? Are they safe to use? I have a horrible hemorrhoids since beginning of my 37 weeks and I am not even constipated and I read somewhere (I know better ask my doctor about this) that epsom salt can help to subside the pain and swelling. When I wasnt pregnant, I love taking warm baths with epsom salt. Just want to know if it is safe while pregnant.

I was suppppper worried about this, as Lush is my fav store and I've tried all the bath bombs 😂  I asked my ob's nurse at my 8 week appointment and she said it's completely fine as long as you're not sweating or feel faint. They're more concerned about hot tubs that stay hot, as where bath tubs cool down!!

I'm in high risk pregnancy I'm 32 weeks with internal hemeroids and my dr said Epsom salt was fine also and will help with our issue
