Caffeine while pregnant?

I love Dr. Pepper. What are your thoughts on caffeine while pregnant?

If I want a soda, or a coffee, or tea, I drink it. I drink soda daily, coffee and tea I drink when I want them. No complications and no adverse side effects. If you want a soda drink a soda!

I'm 5 months pregnant and have only had 3 cups of soda this entire pregnancy . I only drink water or lemonade sometimes

With my first I drank 2 cups of coffee a day which was always my normal intake. I did decide to stop the energy drinks as I didn't feel it was safe. My obgyn told me 2 coffees is completely fine as she understands sometimes you can't help it and need it to get you through a day. I couldn't stop as I tried and got caffeine withdrawals. Normally I would drink 5 cups lol so two was a little as I got 😂

This is my second pregnancy and both times (same doctor) told me I could have two caffeinated beverages a day especially because it can help with headaches too. So long as it's regular and not diet soda you should be fine.

My dr says 200mg or less a day is fine, but my husband is a tyrant! I don't get any caffeine 😫 only a sip of his coke.

Both of my pregnancys i have gone completely off caffeine drinks in my first trimester! I usually love coffee, coke, dr pepper, tea everything! I cannot stomach any of it now 😣 strange really.

It's fine as long as you get enough water and don't just over do it

I drink coffe,dark soda,tea anything a don't limit or hold myself back the only thing that I don't eat is raw sushi or oyster also alcohol

Coke is my vice. During my first pregnancy I avoided it. Currently I'm 36 weeks and have drank a Coke daily BUT I drink over a gallon of water daily. So far, my pregnancy has been healthy. 😊
