Peeing more at 16wks?!

I'm 16wks and I keep having to pee like every hour! Is anyone else going through this??? Or have gone through this?!?!

I'm 34 weeks and have go at least 3-4 times an hour. It gets worse. I wish I was going every hour now lol

Will get worse I'm 25w 3 d and I'm peeing every 15-20 min sometimes more often and I wake up 4-5 time over night to pee 😏
