Do anti depressants cause infertility in men?

I know it causes ejaulacting issues and low sex drive but does it affect sperm too? I'm so stressed about this my husband has to be on them but now I'm hearing all this scary stuff about sperm quality and quantity on them he already can't ejaculate very often and has no sex drive because of it I'm just worried this will. Make it impossible for us to concieve but he literally. Can't go off of them so. I don't know what to do!
