Lumps under skin

Hey guys, so I came across 2 lumps on the back of my neck just below my hair line and another just on the right upper side of my neck under my skin! they don't seem to hurt, when I touch them a certain way there will be a little pain! Don't know how long they have been there but I don't have any medical conditions, just anxiety/panic disorder and I'm starting to get a cold or flu, not sure if any of those would have anything to do with them! Can any of you please help?
