Yeast infection? Or?

I'm 34 weeks 3 days and have what I believe is a yeast infection, I've had one before a long time ago and I wouldn't be surprised with the summer heat and pool days, sweating, etc. I have had the excessive pregnancy discharge this whole time but now the discharge is slightly light yellow. No smell to it, and the outer area of my vagina is itchy. That's the only symptoms I have.
