Ex-Boyfriend--Shared Child
My daughter will be 4 months on the 19th. My ex won't get a job. My ex won't get a GED. My ex won't ask about her. He won't provide for her. He doesn't know how to hold her or change her. Once a week he texts me demanding things and calling me very childish names and they hurt. He keeps threatening to take me to court. I don't know what to do. I know he doesn't have the finances for court. I know I don't have the finances for court and my family doesn't either. (We just got $20,000+ in legal fees for my brothers divorce/custody) I don't know what I'm suppose to do. He lives maybe 10 minutes away from me and I don't trust him to not just show up at my house. I don't have any proof to get a TPO out on him. Help please. I'm 19. He's 20.
