Ugly or nah

So my bf doesn't like me wearing tank tops cause he said I'm too little and look sick. He basically told me I'm ugly in them. And if I have bags under my eyes from not sleeping good he will tell me I look rough and bad. Great guy...I know. But do you ladies think I look bad in a tank top?
