First ultrasound!
I had my RN intake appointment today at 8 weeks and mentioned how I was worried that I'm not having any major symptoms like morning sickness or breast tenderness. And have been having some mild uterine cramping (no bleeding). They said for peace of mind I could go for a viability scan after the intake appointment. 
We saw the baby and heard the heartbeat! Even saw a little arm bud and the baby move. Such an unbelievable feeling! I know I'm still not out of the clear for risk of miscarriage but it was so reassuring to see that heart beating :)
