Wtf man

So I had an appt to set up medical record for my new Dr office. I asked the lady if at my appt on the 21st if I'll get an ultrasound. She said she doubts it. Well what about heart beat, I'll be 9+1...well I don't think she will either. Um what. She must not know her stuff. She said I'll get a pap smear and a physical. But a friend who has the same Dr said she got an ultrasound the 1st appt.
