Implant pregnancies? Maybe I'm just crazy?

Question

I can't sleep, sudden mood changes, angry, sad, abdominal cramping at a 6 or 7 pain wise. Fatigue, dizziness, fever. It's 3:54 AM and I feel like it's the middle of the day. I go to sleep around 7 or 8 every day and wake up 2 hours later and then can't sleep. I took the last of the sleeping medicine I had from whatever Doctor it was last night and I could barely move at 1:00 pm. After sleeping from 3 am till then. I don't know what is going on anymore. 
I have major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, & borderline personality traits. So I see that these may be some symptoms of pregnancy. I have an extremely irregular period, I have the implant in my arm. It's highly unlikely that I am pregnant but I was wondering about information regarding other people getting pregnant on the implant? In December it will make it two years that I've had it. Could it just be side effects from the birth control?

As you're having unusual pain, you should see a doctor. That could be a sign of many different things, and the sooner it's identified, the better.

In terms of the mood swings and sleep issues, it certainly could be hormonal, though not necessarily from the implant or a pregnancy. I assume you're medicated for the major depression and anxiety. Sometimes bodies adjust to those meds over time, causing the initial disorder to seem worse and causing more issues. I had to go through some major med changes a few years ago for this reason, and while it's not fun, it helped. Again, your best bet is seeing your doctor - there are just too many possibilities. Good luck!

Not highly unlikely because I'm not having sex, I am. Me and my fiancé are regularly active, he is a birth control baby & I think I'm just starting to freak myself out. I don't use protection except for my birth control because I'm in a monogamous relationship.
