We had our first ultra sound yesterday. I thought I was 8 weeks and 6 days but the scan showed two sacs empty measuring 5.5 weeks and 6 weeks. How long until I miscarry naturally? I'm so scared about the whole process on top of everything else. I've only had some mild cramping. No spotting or any other indications there were no babies. I've research blighted ovum and know pregnancy symptoms could still happen, although I've noticed a decrease in them. Just scared about what happens next. We have another ultrasound in a week to confirm.  Thanks you for any responses.
