HELP 😢

Girls. Can I be pregnant while being on my second dose of the shot and having taken the Plan B pill with it? My love pulled out but went for round two without peeing and that was five days after my second shot dose. So we took the pill literally 1 hour after. I'm feeling tugging of my belly button now. And I'm really scared. It's been about 2 weeks.
