Nexplanon

Hey ladies! So I'm currently taking the pill. Micronor to be exact. Recently my doctor decided to tell me that Micronor is pretty weak compared to other pills so I'm considering the implant. Do any of you currently have Nexplanon? I've seen so many mixed reviews that range from "This is the best thing ever" to "Getting this removed ASAP." Have any of you had medical problems come when you got the implant?
