Second longest cycle 😐😣 would love comments

We've been TTC for about 7 months give or take a few days & the last longest was due to stress, even had stress spotting the whole time...this time I spotted once and then nothing, took two hpt and got BFNs, my fiancé thinks many my "pregnancy hormones" are too low. I know I'm irregular. Should I wait to take another test or hurry up and make a doctor appointment? I'm really hoping this is it but ready for whatever happens.
