What do you use to relieve fever or constipation

I just wonder the best recommend product for babies with constipation and what you suggest for a fever as well.? This is for babies

Baby tylenol for the fever and maybe a table spoon of karo syrup moxed with a bottle... be prepared for a loaded diaper. Atleast thats what i used for my boys.
