Nauseous all day

I woke up at 3 this morning out of a dead sleep feeling VERY sick to my stomach. Last week I also had light cramps & my discharge was watery/creamy. My nausea hasn't let up. But I went to work cuz I never did throw up. It's gotten a Lil better but I still feel queasy. Idk if I'm pregnant or what. I read online that it could be but I want to get yall opinion.i took a pregnancy test today but it was negative. Me & my husband had unprotected sex exactly 2 weeks ago today. Would it still be to early to test or do I need to wait a couple more weeks? What do yall think it is that's making me nauseous
