Help Submissive

Okay so my partner is very submissive. He likes to be told what to do and to be bossed around. In the bedroom. However I am not really good at it seems he's the first person I've been with like that. Could you help me with some ideas. Also when he disobyes he wants to be punished. What punishment would be good. It can be don't cum though because he can't until I tell him anyways.
