MIL ISSUES.... Need advice 😤
So my MIL decided to bring my niece for a visit from Europe...well I have a little one (12 days old) and DH works 3rd shift, I told DH that I dont want to watch/sit a 17 year old whom I never met and that I wanna enjoy time alone with my son (I am exhaused, when he sleeps I want to sleep and get rest as well) it seems like Im asking too much and I dont think I am.... My MIL and I never had a good realtionship and I feel like shes forcing this purposly on me as well as DH.....
I should also mention that she is hardheaded, stubborn and wants everything her way or she literally whines and cries, she loves attention (to the point where if ppl dont wish her a happy bday on her bday on facebook she will delete them 😏- its facebook GET A LIFE)... Several people have asked me how I deal with her because of the type of person she is. DH and I lost our 5.5 month old son 4 years ago so that is another reason why I want to cherish every moment I can with our son now I want to enjoy my family (meaning my hubby and my son). This is another reasonwhy I dont want a 17 year old kid "handling" my newborn (and if this 17 year old was my child I personally wouldnt be too proud of admitting shes mine😳)
