Possible trigger.

I was going through my old fb messages which I have never done and I came across message from the man who sexually assaulted me. I had never even seen it until now, because I tried to wipe him from the face of my earth, but his final words to me were, "at least I stole a "kiss" from you." He even had kiss in quotes. I was drug into a wooded area and assaulted, I wish it was just a kiss. I don't use my iPad often enough to know how to delete the message, do any of you guys know how? I don't want any reminder of him at all. Adding anon because I hate being looked at like I'm fragile or need sympathy.
