Don't want to go back to work!

Now you'd think from that description that I've had my baby and am dreading that moment when I have to leave her...but no. I'm 13 weeks and 3 days pregnant and have been off work (ambulance service) for 8 weeks due to severe morning sickness (all day and some of night sickness!)

I'm set to go back to work next week but honestly cannot even contemplate going back there. Why? What is wrong with my head? I'm wishing I could be signed off for the next 3 months to then go on maternity leave! I know I'll be bored, but I just can't make myself go! Is there anyone else out there in this situation? I feel like I'm going a little crazy! X
