Waist training
I'm having a very hard time finding waist trainers near me, so I'm using a nice ace bandage tightly wrapped around the upper part of my waist.
I'm (obviously) visibly smaller in the waist and larger in the hips with it on, so clearly it's working. But I'm wondering if you know of any dangers I need to be aware of? Dangers that might exist with normal waist trainers or might exist with home-made trainers?

lol, I'm re-reading this and I sound like an idiot- I know. I promise this isn't hurting my body, just wondering if you people know something I don't 😳
