Wacky period post d&e

OK. Quick recap. We tfmr on May 13th. I bled/spotted for 8 days (stopped on the 21). Then on June 3 started to spot, brown and dark red, a few clots. That carried on for a week then this past weekend it became bright pink but not a lot, still only enough for a liner. I saw my doctor a week ago and she said she thinks it's my period returning because my cervix is closed and my uterus feels normal (like back to normal). Then she said if I was still bleeding on the 14 th we would do blood work. So I go for my blood work tomorrow.

What is this? Am I bleeding from the d&e? Is it my period but super long and light? I am only lightly period type crampy but could our be retained tissue?

Any one have something similar?
