I'm 10 weeks today and I know cramping is normal in pregnancy, but from yesterday I've had a massive pain from the right of my back going in to where my kidney is , it went last night then I had a pain on the right side close to my belly button. I went to sleep I woke to use the toilet and I had the pain in my left kidney now this morning it's left lower side going into my groin. I'm assuming it's just with all the body change baby growing ect but just usually the pain does let last this long. No bleeding, fingers crossed.
