My world has been shattered once again...lost our first baby May 8 Mother's Day got pregnant again to my surprise right away thinking this is my rainbow baby and lost it last night. Im so heartbroken don't know where to begin or what to do. Going to my gynecologist today but please keep me in your prayers this is even harder for me the second time around...oh and I was exactly 5w with both pregnancies. Please pray for me thanks.🙏🏽😭
