I have this bassinet too! It is the changing table for the bassinet it snaps onto the top of the frame..ours is very stable though.

Looks like a diaper changer, that should snap onto the side.

I can't really tell but it might be a changing table that snaps on and off of the top of the bassinet

Its the diaper changing table. It snaps onto the pack n play. Mine has one too.
