What can I use to help my baby?

I'm treating my 2yo who got hfm at a party and the Benadryl and Motrin and Tylenol is not helping his itching or pain vi also have calamine lotion and that's not helping either. What else can I use to help my baby boy get some relief

Oatmeal bath for the itching, benadryl cream for topical application, give motrin & tylenol based off weight, give motrin and then 3 hrs later give Tylenol and then 3hrs give motrin and so on and so forth. It keeps it in his system and then it doesn't have to wait for it to kick in again when it wears off. It'll give more relief that way.

Real oatmeal in a warm bath helps soothe itchy skin! No soaps, just oatmeal. No need to buy the expensive bath oats, just to straight to the cereal section at the grocery store! I've been using it for my son since he was born (5 yrs) he's got extreme eczema, I know not hfm but it could still ease the itch! Good luck
